At FisioKaizen we understand the body as something in constant change.
We train, compete, work, rest, recover and start again. And in that process, our body needs attention, adaptation and care.
You don't have to wait for something to go wrong before you start taking care of it.
Small steps, small decisions and small adjustments that, sustained over time, can transform the way you move, train and feel.
From this philosophy our Continuity Programs were born. They're not designed only to help you recover — they're designed to accompany you over time: prevent, maintain, improve and keep moving forward.

Train. Recover. Come back stronger.Physiotherapy doesn't have to start when pain appears. It can be part of a smarter way to care for your body: understand how it responds, anticipate its needs and accompany its changes.
Start with 4 consecutive sessions, then continue with 1 session of 50 minutes per month for 50 €.
Staying well is also a form of progress.Movement is not just part of recovery. It's also one of the most powerful tools for building it. We work actively and personally to recover capabilities, improve movement, build strength and confidence.
Continuity allows us to progress gradually, adapting each stage to your evolution.
Trusting your body again. The practice is private. I issue an invoice with everything your insurer needs: diagnosis, sessions and registration number. Most policies reimburse a portion.
Cash, card and Bizum at the clinic.
Give 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. Same-day cancellations count as a session, because the slot can no longer be offered to anyone else.
At FisioKaizen we don't see care as something occasional. We see it as a process.
Because improving doesn't always mean making big changes. Sometimes it means doing things a little better than yesterday and keeping it up long enough for that small change to become something important.
Your body. Your process. Your evolution.
