The approach

Two halves of one idea: physio and kaizen.

Most physiotherapy promises speed: fifteen minutes, a printed sheet, a goodbye.

Here we work the other way round. One change per week, measured before and after. If it works, it stays. If not, we change it.

  • Long sessions50 minutes, no overlapping patients.
  • Three exercisesNot ten. The three you'll actually do.
  • Plans that get reviewedInstead of visits that pile up.

The body has a longer memory than the consultation. So we work at the pace of the body, not the diary.

Fisiokaizen · Puerto del Carmen

01 — Assess

A long first visit

We look at how you walk, sit, bend and breathe. And we ask about sleep, work and what you've already tried.

First session
02 — Treat

One change per week

The single deliberate change most likely to help. We measure before and after. Three exercises, never more.

Weeks 1–4
03 — Move

Keep what works

We discard what didn't help and keep what did. You leave with a plan small enough to live with.

End of cycle
04 — Maintain

Spaced reviews

We don't discharge you and say goodbye: a check-up at three months, six months, a year. The body has a long memory.

About me

One physiotherapist. One room. One method.

Fisiokaizen is small on purpose: the same hands at every visit and the same criteria throughout every treatment cycle. No rotating therapists, no overlapping sessions, no rush.

Trained in manual therapy and clinical exercise, with a particular interest in low-grade persistent pain — the kind that hasn't warranted an MRI but never quite goes away.

Patients

In their own words.

I'd been dragging a lower-back problem for two years, leaving every clinic with ten exercises I never did. Here it was three. I did them. It worked.

Lower-back painElena M.

I liked that he measured everything and showed me. For the first time I understood why I was doing each thing, not just what to do.

I went back to running without fear of my knee. Four weeks and not a single extra visit.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask most.

How long is the first session?

The first visit is the longest: we assess your full movement and take your history before touching anything. By the end you'll know whether a weekly treatment plan will help or whether something else would suit you better.

Why three exercises and not ten?

Because you'll do three. You won't do ten. We prefer to choose the three that matter and trust consistency to do the rest.

Do you only treat sports injuries?

No. We also treat slow accumulations: office shoulders, post-partum bodies, walkers' knees, persistent neck and lower-back pain. The method is the same.

Are sessions in Spanish or English?

Both languages, and written notes in whichever you prefer.

Do you work with insurance?

The practice is private, but we issue an invoice with everything your insurer needs. Most patients get reimbursed through their policy.

Can I book via WhatsApp?
